On the other hand the state-owned, The Forum is a 1,763-seat concert and lecture hall built in 1930-31 and has been home to the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra ever since. The recent commercial nightlife development of the city has helped in reversing the city's financial decline. It has made downtown Harrisburg a destination for events from jazz festivals to Top-40 nightclubs. The annual Pennsylvania Farm Show is another crowd puller with farmers from all over Pennsylvania come to show off their animals and participate in competitions. The city also has a great lineup of Museums, art collections, and sites of interest such as Broad Street market, Capital area Greenbelt, Fort Hunter Mansion and Park, National Civil War Museum, Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex, State Museum of Pennsylvania, Reservoir Park and the Susquehanna art museum to name a few.
